If yourself or the person to whom to item is being sent is out at the time of delivery, it will be sent back to the courier. It is up to the customer to contact the courier to arrange a redelivery. If they are not phoned promptly, the item(s) is/are sent back to us. If the customer then requires redelivery, they will need to pay a fee of £10.00.

We will not replace of refund items due to mismatches of colour or different fruits and/or nuts being given due to variations of our supplies from season to season.
